Photographers AL LIEBMANN - PHOTOGRAPHER Al Liebmann from HOTROD HOTLINE will be photographing the event Al Liebmann growing up in the 1970's wanted a fast car. When looking for his first vehicle, he purchased a 1969 Z28 Camaro, and the need for speed has remained in his blood for quite some time. He became heavily involved in Drag Racing by working and co-owning Nitro Funny Cars for over 25 years. In 2000 Al decided to settle down, finding an interest in hot rods, and he says he has now found a "Second Childhood" in the hobby. Al has worked on the production and marketing of two Geo Barris-designed / Jerry Kind-built projects Chrysler City Coupe and Shark Attack Graham Roadster. He currently owns a 36 Dodge 5W Coupe powered by 427 Chevy. One of Al's greatest milestones was be chosen to attend the Grand National Roadster Show.. Year of the Deuce show and Street Rodder Magazine Top 10 pick in 2006 with his 32 Ford 5W Coupe equipped with a tri-powered 348. Al takes pride driving his cars about 7,000 miles each year to show off his vehicles. Al's current project is a rare 1954 Chevy 210 handyman wagon called "Dragin Wagin" In 2013 Frantic Ford Entertainment Group and Al Liebmann have joined forces with Pirrone, Ellershaw & Musser Race Team and will be campaigning the 1969 version of the Frantic Ford AA/FC this coming season as part of the newly created "Classical Nitro AA/FC" group with Rocky Pirrone at the helm. This award also carries the LARGEST payout on the East Coast!!!The NorthEast Cup is a competition within a competition!! The NorthEast Cup and the "Elite 6" are for those cars shown and registered for our Show Class. The cars that are eligible in our Show Class are those that are being shown for the first time with our show. In addition to the standard judging guidelines, these cars will also be judged on creativity, engineering, workmanship, and "appeal".
