Custom Car Show Entry Guidelines


* Our professional staff will choose the cars that will be accepted in to the NorthEast Rod & Custom Car Show. Should your car be accepted in to the show, you will receive your credentials for admittance in to the show no later than March 15, 2012. Your credentials will give you complete details regarding sign-in and other show details.

* A standard car display area is 10'x20' (10'x10' for Motorcycles). To request a 20'x20' full display area please be sure to include a color photo of the display showcasing your car. There is limited availability for 20'x20' display areas, so please send in your entry form and photos as early as possible for consideration.

* We will do our very best to accommodate each and every application that we receive, unfortunately, we cannot accept every car that sends an entry form in. Should your car not be chosen for the show, your entry fee will be returned to you in a timely manner.

*Move in times will be on Thursday, March 22, 2012 from 9 am until 7 pm. The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center will secure the facility promptly at 7:00 pm. Please make sure that you arrive in enough time to unload your vehicle and get your display area set up within the load in times as no provision will be made for any person to remain on the expo floor past 7 pm. Both the Expo Center & Full House Motorsports, LLC will be handling security throughout the event during the day and night.

* Show times for Friday, March 23, 2012 will be from 2 pm until 11 pm. All entrants will be permitted to enter the Expo Center at 8 am to prepare your car for the show. The Expo Center doors will be secured for the night at 11 pm promptly.

*Show times for Saturday, March 24, 2012 will be from 10 am until 11 pm. All entrants will be permitted to enter the Expo Center one (1) hour prior (9 am) to the doors opening to the public at 10 am so that you may do final touches to your display. The Expo Center doors will be secured for the night at 11 pm promptly.

*Show times for Sunday, March 25, 2012 will be from 10 am until 6 pm. Once again, all entrants will be permitted to enter the Expo Center one (1) hour prior to the doors opening. The show will conclude to public access at 4 pm at which time, the awards ceremony will begin. Once the awards ceremony is completed, the Expo Center will be open for all entrants to load up their vehicles until approximately 11 pm.

*Once you check in on Thursday, March 22, 2012, you will receive a wristband that must be worn ALL weekend in order for you to gain entry in to the show as a participant. All entrants will enter and exit the Expo Center through the side entry at Hall B.

*You will also receive instructions when you check in with where your vehicle will be located within the Expo Center. Please be advised, check in and set up is a process that takes time. We will do everything possible to make this a smooth and organized transition, but please be patient! Please do NOT unload your vehicle until you have checked in and received instructions as to which door you will be entering through and where your vehicle will be located within the show arena.

*Unfortunately, due to space limitations, unloading of trailers within the Expo Center will NOT be permitted on Thursday, March 22, 2012. On Sunday, March 25, 2012, trailers will be permitted within the Expo Center on an AS NEEDED basis. Should you need to bring your trailer within the Expo Center to load up, please see the show staff at some point before the trophy ceremony on Sunday.

*THE PROMOTER, ITS AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES OR EMPLOYEES are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor or the exhibitor's employees or property from any cause or conditions. The exhibitor shall obtain, at his/her own expense, insurance against any such loss, injury or damage. Promoter shall not be liable for damage that may occur to exhibitors products such as fire, water damage or acts of God. Security will be provided by promoter but the exhibitor is solely and fully responsible for its own exhibit and property and should insure against any loss. Product liability for any product sold at the show is the responsibility of the exhibitor and proof of such insurance may be required by the promoter.
